Our friendly consultants are here to advise and provide you with an excellent service from start to finish. We aim to provide you with exceptional candidates, all having been personally interviewed, reference checked and holding (or willing to obtain) a current first aid and enhanced CRB check. We encourage all of our clients to undertake a home visit where possible, this enables our consultants to draw an accurate profile of your families needs and place an accurate match selected with your families specific charcteristics in mind. If you do not wish to undertake a home visit we would encourage you to complete the family profiling section of the registration form. We are also here to guide you through the recruitment process offering advice and support with interview techniques, contracts and payroll issues.

Our candidates are qualified and/or have at least 2 years childcare experience. Following completion of a detailed registration form the candidate is personally interviewed and will provide the original documentation
Original relevant qualifications
CRB certificate
At least 2 checkable recent references
2 forms of identification
2 forms of proof of address

When we have verified all of the above we can confirm the candidate onto our books and begin the placement process.
